Marbella FC player Esteban Granero passes medical in Hospital Ochoa

Granero-Ohoa

Marbella FC latest signing, the midfielder Esteban Granero, passed his medical examination at Hospital Ochoa this Friday morning, shortly before his first training with the team.

Granero arrived at 8:30 am and was first subjected to a general medical inspection, with respiratory and cardiovascular auscultation. The examination then focused on “detecting any previous injuries he may have had,” explained Dr. Antonio Fernández Delgado, from Hospital Ochoa’s 24-hour emergency service.

The football player also underwent a blood and urine test, was weighed and measured, and passed a spirometry test “to see his lung capacity,” said the doctor.

Lastly, he underwent a complete echocardiography.

The results, which have already been approved by Hospital Ochoa, will be sent to the Marbella FC doctor.

Esteban Granero has played the last two and a half seasons for Espanyol FC in Barcelona. Before that he played in Real Madrid, with which he won La Liga and Copa del Rey. He has also worn the shirt of other big clubs like Getafe, Queens Park Rangers and Real Sociedad.
